Combine instant coffee and sugar with warm milk.
Mix well.
Add in liqueur and beaten egg.
Make a slit in the middle of the bread and insert chocolate bar.
Dip bread into liquid mixture to and make sure to soak well.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook both sides until done.
Transfer to plate and top with whipped cream, cocoa, confectioners' sugar, chocolate syrup, and sliced almonds.
