  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salted butter caramel sauce
  • 1 large handful of unsalted peanuts
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips, melted

  • METHOD:

Mix butter and powdered sugar together, then add almond flour, flour and egg.
Knead with hands until it forms a dough.

Roll dough out on a floured surface, then transfer dough to a greased baking dish.
Trim excess dough, and pierce the bottom of the crust with a fork in several places.
Add parchment paper and baking beans to weigh down the crust.

Pour caramel sauce over the crust, then sprinkle with peanuts and top with melted chocolate.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
