INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
Crumble the chocolate cake into fine crumbs and mix together with the dark chocolate.
Shape into ovals with flat bottoms, squeezing firmly to create dense balls of cake.
Place the cake pops on a surface that is easily swivelled, such as upside down ramekins.
Starting from the bottom and working upwards, stick almond slices into the cake pop to look like pinecones.
Once you've reached the half way point, transfer the cake pops to the freezer for 10-15 minutes, until firm.
Stick more almond slices the rest of the way up the cake pops.
If desired, dust with confectioner's sugar to look like a fresh snow fall!
